This ergonomics training class teaches how to use all the standard
features of the University of Michigans 2D Biomechanical Modeling software for
analyzing worker motions in the saggital plane.
The software is most useful in the analysis of slow
movements used in heavy materials handling tasks.
This ergonomics training class will also cover:
measurement and manipulation of posture angles,
understanding the male stick figure and hand
location,
entering specific anthropometry,
using the program for redesigning work activities,
and
interpreting strength prediction output.
