This ergonomics training class will demonstrate the types of aggravating motions causing the most common tendon, nerve and neurovascular disorders found in industry, such as:

• carpal tunnel syndrome

• tendinitis

• tenosynovitis

• de Quervain's disease

• epicondylitis

• Raynaud’s phenomenon

• thoracic outlet syndrome, etc.

This ergonomics training class will also discuss the kinds of jobs that can result in these CTD’s, and how phalen’s, finkelstein’s, and tinel’s tests are used as test mechanisms.
