This ergonomics training class will provide you with a good understanding of the use of the body as a biomechanical series of weights and levers, applying the concept of body link lengths, which one must understand to perform task analysis.  Topics covered include flexion, extension, radial and ulnar deviation, abduction, supination, etc.
    

Different types of grips

This ergonomics training class will explain the major kinds of grips used, such as power, pinch, etc., and also discuss where handles should be located on items being lifted or moved.
